Altoona Regional Health System FCU is a member-owned financial institution whose purpose is to promote the financial well-being of its members by providing comprehensive and progressive financial services, and to maintain a superior financial position while accomplishing this service.
Altoona Hospital Employees from various backgrounds and work knowledge joined together in 1970 to come up with the idea to start a Credit Union.
